¿Quiénes somos? Who are we?

Somos un grupo de diez alumnos y alumnas que cursamos 1º de Bachillerato en el Colegio Apóstol Santiago - Jesuítas, en Vigo. Formamos parte del equipo Nexus.

Estamos participando en el concurso Euroscola, organizado por el Parlamento Europeo, cuya edición actual trata sobre el Año Europeo del Desarrollo.

La razón por la que decidimos participar en este concurso, es el vínculo que tenemos la mayor parte de nosotros con acciones relacionadas con el voluntariado, de las cuales, os hablaremos en otras entradas.

Además, nuestro colegio nos presenta numerosas oportunidades de participar en iniciativas de este estilo.

El nombre de nuestro equipo significa UNIÓN, y con él queremos simbolizar que todo lo que nos proponemos es posible si trabajamos codo con codo.

We are a group of ten teenagers studying 1st grade of Bachillerato in Colegio Apóstol Santiago - Jesuítas, in Vigo (Spain). We take part in Nexus.

We are partaking in Euroscola, a contest organised by the European Parliament, which behaves towards the European Year of Developing.

The reason because we decided to participate in this conquest is the link that many of us have with actions relationed with volunteering, which we are telling you in other entries.

Besides, our school presents us many opportunities to participate in initiatives like this one.

Our name means union, and we want to symbolize that getting all that we set out is possible if we work hard together.
